March 1, 2001
The Compendium of Commercial Finance Law
has been converted from a CD-ROM format to an Internet-based
format as of March 1, 2001. The Internet version of the
Compendium is more user-friendly and allows for continuous
updates of the legal opinions provided to CFA by Compendium
Counsel in each of the fifty states and the District of
Columbia.
The Compendium was last updated on March
1, 2001. New or revised legal opinions for 17 states were
added. These states are:
